The Core Project of Our Ministry
BOLDM Crew of San José is designed to have a family-like atmosphere, where youth (current age focus: 11-19 years old) can come to learn and grow, so much as dancers, individuals, and children of God.
We meet every week at Dalet Studio in Coronado, San José, to give classes of various styles: Open Style, Lyrical, Jazz, Ballet, and guest classes of Contemporary, Break Dance, etc.
We love to invite guests, both local teachers and short-term volunteer groups, to impart fresh lessons in the arts and about God's Word. ​​
This group is open to All who wish to train with us, both believers and non-believers.​
All are welcome into this Crew to learn, dance, and grow!
Our Vision:
To create a Christ-centered group where youth can grow as dancers and in relationship with God.

Our Goal:
That the youth may also learn how to use their talents to bless others and share about Christ! By presenting their choreographies in outreaches, both near and far.
Ministry Elements:
Dance Classes
Imparting dance technique training in specific styles.​
Preparing choreographies for dancers to present.
Dance Theory
Learning the history and roots behind the dance style being taught, in order to have a deeper understanding behind each artistic expression.

Small Groups
Connecting with other Crew members on a personal level and talking about relevant topics.​
Bible Reflections
Growing in wisdom, understanding, & knowledge of the Word of God, which is our compass and anchor in this life.

Local & Distant Outreaches
Presenting our dance pieces in communities near and far to share about Jesus.
​May include: at churches, city plazas, organizations (secular or Christian), workshop locations we host, or any other place God opens the door!​
This includes visiting places within Costa Rica and beyond international borders!
Fellowship
Spending fun times together as a community of BOLDM dancers outside the studio, so we may grow in relationship with one another.
Times of Worship
Separating times of creative worship to praise the One we dance & live for!
​Whether it's dancing, singing, playing instruments, drawing, painting, writing poems, or any other expression, it's a time of corporate artistic worship to our Heavenly Father!
